You have to put it on for 4 hours every time.
It needs a lot of free time but I did it for a month and my hair didn't change a bit.
Beside that it stinks like hair chemicals and the smell goes away only after 4 or 5 washes.
I had stinky grey hair for about a month and half and I decided to go back at my old hair color.
