I have been using this product for several years now and it really does help in covering the grays between hair dying. The stick is somewhat hard and dry, so it is recommended you moisten the stick with alittle water (just a couple drops)to help soften and ease the application to your parted hair. If you spread it on too heavy, it will be stiff and flattening, so apply lightly -just enough to cover. I can use it for two weeks before re-dying my roots and it looks pretty natural and MUCH better than seeing those sparkly tell tale grays!
