Look up how to do henna before you do it. (utube) I learned to use other products with this brand. I used black coffee instead of water, I used olive oil and some gray buster(sally's)...So try some things and you will see a difference in your hair. Also sit under the dryer or leave it on all day. I ordered this product in Dark Brown. It did not turn my hair even slightly brown (I have natural blonde hair). Instead my hair turned a shade of red, the same red that regular Henna turns it. I tried this product twice just to be sure and I followed the instructions carefully each time. I even tried the extra tips included with the product and it still did not work. I was very disappointed. I can get regular red henna at the market for a dollar. I feel kinda ripped-off!
