Punky Semi-Permanent Colour Cream Flamingo Pink 3.5 Oz.

I used to use Flamingo Pink back in the '90s when it was distributed by Manic Panic. I'm not sure how Jerome Russell became owner of it but it is still fantastic and my favorite pink dye.

The color starts out a very dark pink and gradually lightens as you wash it. Always wash your hair in cold water so the color will several last weeks and stay vibrant. Of course the color shows up more intense if you bleach your hair before applying.

To avoid staining wear gloves when applying and wet down the shower before and after washing hair so it won't stain the shower. Rinse your hair well in cold water so it won't stain your pillowcase.

Edit: I just wanted to mention that this color is one of the longest lasting of the Punky Colours. I change out my color every five weeks and it is always still very vibrant and hard to bleach out. It really shocked my hairstylist how well the color held.

I just did one little streak in my hair and it looks great! The color is very bright (I have dark-ish blonde hair and I didn't bleach it) I opened up the little jar and it smelled like grape popsicles! It does stain anything and everything so you have to be very careful. I didn't have a problem with it staining my pillowcases or anything, I just make sure my hair is dry before I let it touch anything. Overall I love this product and will definitely buy it again!

At first seeing the jar of this i thought something was wrong, maybe a color switch up, because the label was much darker than another tub of flamingo pink that i had ordered before. When i used the color i saw that there was no mix up jus something different about the color of the label. The dye was a vibrant but deep pink, eventually fades into a brighter pink with more washes. Also it smells really good too it has a grape or berry scent.
