Development time depends on the level of lightening desired and the condition of the hair. For on scalp applications do not exceed 20 volume cream developer and do not process with heat. Measure lightener into a non-metallic bowl. Use 50ccs of developer for 1 scoop of lightener. Mix a small amount of volume developer a bit at a time until desired consistency is reached. Process until desired shade is reached. When complete, rinse thoroughly, then shampoo.
