But when I received the product I immediately noticed that the actually colors on the box is different, less saturated. The girl's hair color was actually a chestnut brown rather than the coppery red you see here. I even thought they sent me the wrong product. The result was good, my hair color came out almost exactly as the box's color, but false advertisement. This is the actual color on the box. First off, I'm not Asian, but Caucasian with rather ashy brown hair naturally. I've been dying and dying and dying my hair with American dyes and never can get something that blended well. My dye job before this was a chocolate brown, but I wanted a lighter brown with a touch of red. I bought this on a whim and never looked back. Not only did it lift the dark brown from my last dye job, but it blended my roots smoothly with the older color. As it's grown out, the roots are always easy to redye. It's lovely and smells pretty good, too!
There are two cons, however. It doesn't have a lot of dye in the container, so if your hair is thick and longer, make sure to use two bottles, even if you'd normally use just one with an American dye. One bottle, however, should be just perfect for a root touch up. Two, the red fades out quickly, leaving it rather blonde (keep in mind, I'm not Asian, so my hair doesn't bleach to an orange tone but more of a pale blonde).
