Summary: doesn't work after few months 2010-08-23
Comment: Its been 9 months since i bought this product, i have almost straight hair. First few months I was more than glad that I bought this straightner,my hair looked soft, straight and silky. After 5-6 months it did straighten my hair but I didnt see that shine in my hair anymore, later it stopped heating and now I have to wait atleast 15 min for it to heat and even then it does not straighten my hair.Also my hair is damaged. I am buying new straightner.

Comment: I've bought several flat irons before, but this is by far the best! It really gets hot, 450*, and straightens your hair in no time at all. Also, my hair looks smooth and feels soft and shiny! Don't waste your money on the Chi or other flat irons!
