I've had bad exeriences with Manic Panic dyes before but this color is beautiful. If you want it really bright you'll at least need to have light blonde hair though. Tip: To keep color from fading easily wash your hair with cold water and mix a tiny bit of leftover dye in with your conditioner. I plan on getting this color again =D

Ok so i have been using Manic Panic for quite some time now and I must say I get the color I'm looking for. Of course its going to wash off in some time because its SEMI-PERMANENT!!!!, but its all worth it. It doesn't damage your hair so its perfect for those that choose not to bleach there hair and only want a nice highlight of the color. The results are awesome...IF you do it right. What I was taught before using Manic Panic was that its not like other hair dyes you would dye your hair with,it is strictly color and does NOT! stick to your hair it WILL! wash off, so what I like to do is keep the dye in my hair for 2 HOURS! and apply heat every half hour to increase intensity, because 20 to 30 minutes in your hair will do nothing. The longer you keep the dye in the more brighter your hair will be and most likely ( if bleached ) get the same color that is in the container you purchased. If you want to avoid your hair color fading so fast I use a Shampoo & Conditioner from Sally's...Read more

I got this hair dye a few months ago and haven't used it til now, so unless they're an expiration date (which was not listed anywhere on it) I am severely disappointed. Not only did I leave it in for 30 minutes (they recommended 20 to 30) AND I used heat (which they recommend for really bright color) but it wasn't bright at all! It looked like I had it in for 2 months and was fading. I didn't bleach it first, but I have sandy blonde hair and the dye I've used before worked great. Don't waste your money. Or maybe bleach it first.
