I had little hope since I had had my hair bleached professionally before but
to no avail, my hair was a measly a lighter red. (My hair is very thick) The results of the manic panic amazed me. Not only did it lighten my hair drastically but also rid it of the red tone. The only thing I have to say is make sure you do a strand test and spread the bleach evenly! It seems obvious, but I was eager. My hair turned out a little whiter in some places because of that but that's my own fault. I first ordered my product July 22, 2011. They said the product would be here by July 27, 2011 and it came on the morning of July 24th/25th. Either way, the shipping was extremely fast. When I got it, I opened the box to check if everything was inside, I noticed a lot of people was complaining about not getting gloves but I did in fact get mines. One thing I noticed about this product, the actual bleaching items in the box isn't much. The bleaching powder is like 1.34 oz (38 grams) and the developing cream is like 4 Fl Oz (118 ml) I honestly do believe that their is more developer in the box than bleaching powder. Though I do have some of both left over, (due to me only doing the back of my hair and a side highlight)..
