L'oreal Hi-Color HiLights Magenta 1.2 oz

My hair was at a dark brown/black tone and the hicolor lifted my hair a lot even though I used the magenta it came out to bee a deeper red color.. most likely because my hair was so dark but no other color is going to lift like this does and come out rich. i also only used a 20 developer it works very well.

this lifts very well with 30 v. no bleaching is required and it comes out very bright on lighter hair. also it does no leave hair dry and damaged like normal bleach and add dye routines
