I ordered this item and it arrived quickly, so my problem is NOT with the seller. The Seller is Great!

The product does not work if you have any gray hair. I don't have many and don't really want to see the ones I do have. So, if you have any gray hair at all don't get this product. If your young with no gray then you might like it because it's not so harsh on your hair.

I have used this type of hair dye for years. It is not harsh on your hair and has a gradual fade after 28 shampoos.
