Created by Jerome Russell as an answer to thinning hair or hair loss. Thinning areas will appear fuller and thicker. Variety of colors allow simple matching. Shampoos out. Available in 6 colors*. Size: 3.5 fl. oz. Directions: Wash with your favorite shampoo. Be sure not to use a conditioner or conditioning shampoo. Completely dry hair and scalp. Hair dryer may be used. Brush or comb hair to be sure it is free of any tangles or knots, leaving bald or thinning spots exposed. Apply Hair Color Thickener to the area by holding can nozzle about four inches away and spraying until the hair and skin tone match. Spray the hair around the thinning area and blend. Allow area to dry and repeat if necessary until desired coverage is achieved. When hair and scalp are completely dry, use a coarse brush and very gently brush hair into place over thinning area. Your newly sprayed hair and scalp gives the illusion of a thicker, fuller head of hair.

I've used this product for a few months now, and really like how it works. You have to be careful not to rub the place where it is applied or get it wet, because it will come off onto whatever touches it. But, for mere visual purposes, it does the job of providing some coverage. I perform on stage, and have seen the playback of video from those performances...and it looks great!

I have had great luck with this product. I am a 50 year old female with medium-to-dark brown hair that I wear in a bob and part on the side. My hair has thinned in the front just above my forehead (next to the part at the crown) so that my white scalp was showing through. I bought this product plus two of the powder/fiber type products to try. I am by far the happiest with the Jerome Russell medium brown spray. It is easy to apply and I did not find that it makes a mess. I also sweat a lot and have had no problems with that. I swim several times a week and you can't tell that I have sprayed my hair. It just isn't an issue. It also has not rubbed off at all on my pillow case. Maybe I am not having problems because I am not trying to cover a large spot. But the two small areas I am covering were very noticeable to me and I am grateful to have found a product that adds volume and color and takes away all the self consciousness I was feeling. I have already bought more!
