I love henna. I used to buy a shampoo as a kid that had red henna in it a huge bottle for roughly three dollars but about 12 or more years ago that shampoo disappeared from the shelves. I was heart broken. I have naturally auburn hair and for years with my little shampoo bottle was told it was gorgeous by most everyone who met me.

Well my hair has been looking dull lately and I am starting to get gray hair. I decided to try dying my hair with this henna as it was closest to my natural color. My goodness I wish I had done this years ago! It is a messy process, but for the price and for the results it is totally worth it!

I have had non stop complements again on how gorgeous my hair is, shiny, healthy, luminous, etc. I love the feel of my hair again. It even covered those evil grays. I did my hair around 12/01/2010 and my hair still looks wonderful. Henna is amazing! Henna is good for your hair, inexpensive and better for the environment.

I haven't had time to contact them about this and a lot of time has passed since. This batch of henna was absolutely awful. I used most of it because the first time I tried it it didn't work. I thought maybe I didn't leave it cure long enough. I've used light mountain many times before and I know what I'm doing when I mix henna. It barely tinted my hair each of the three times I tried it and washed out soon after.
