Goldwell Oxycur Platin Lightening Powder Dust-Free Hair Coloring Products

This stuff works great and the tub is nicer than other brands (although not as easy to recycle, so I'd actually NOT buy it next time). I think the "dust free" factor is sort of funny though, since the main product isn't actually free of dust, they simply add glycerine in order to turn it from a true powder to a sort of "chunky powder that sort of sticks together a bit." It's the consistency of light brown sugar in low humidity I'd say. This is NOT a bad thing, just funny to me...
