Good coverage. I have very processed hair due to previous highlighting and coloring. My hair is shinier and feels thicker and smoother than before I used this product. The color is now even from roots to ends. I used the bowl and brush method. I mixed it with DeveloPlus Developer Cover Grey 6 oz. I have a few grays mostly in the front. It completely covered most of them but a few are lighter almost dark blondish. I think I may not have applied it thoroughly on the grays since I was coloring my hair without my glasses on and it is a little difficult to see all of the fine gray hairs. I left the mixture on for 25 minutes on my roots and 10 minutes on the rest of the hair. My hair is thick and curly so I generally use 2 boxes of hair color when using other brands. I was able to cover all of my hair with just one box of this hair color and one bottle of the developer. You will notice that you have to work a little harder to mix the product well.
