All natural henna hair dye 100 gram pouches. Triple sifted to give you the smoothest paste once mixed up. It comes packaged in an air tight bag inside a foil lined light impenetrable pouch for the longest shelf life. Get 1-4 uses out of 100 grams (depends on length of hair). Application kit includes the following items: protective gloves, plastic hair cap and a application brush. Harvest Moon hair dye does not go lighter. It does not contain the harsh chemicals required to actually lighten your natural hair color. Harvest Moon hair dye can change the color of any pesky gray/white hairs you may have to the color purchased.

I had blond chemically dyed hair when I decided I wanted to get closer to my natural brown-red hair. I bought the dark red with the intentions of mixing it with some indigo, but decided to just try out the red. It worked great over my chemically dyed hair, no greening at all! I did have to reapply twice at 3 hours each time to get it to take at the color I desired, but that is expected when going over such light hair. I had enough Henna for both sessions of dying and enough left over for when I did my roots a couple of months later.

I especially enjoy how my hair felt after using the Henna. With chemical dyes I notice that I lose a lot of hair in the shower the first week after dying and especially when rinsing out the dye. With Harvest Moon Henna I didn't lose a single hair, in fact my hair felt stronger and thicker than it had before.
