Dark Brown Henna Hair Dye Kit

It only takes one person and if you use Shelly oil on brown you are not doing it wrong!Shelly oil is only for pure red/orange henna. Smells 5,000 times better than chemical hair dye and quite nice. Secondly your not suppose to wash it for up to 24-36 hours, so yeah it might bleed a bit. It is easy to do, add water and apply.If you can't do this you can put your shoes on either. One good friend will do.

My only complaint is they sell out alot. I buy 4 and get the 5th one free now. Customer service is awesome as well. Answered all of my questions, very nice. The kit also was a great investment and very inexpensive.

I've wanted to try henna for a while but I've been hesitant because of all the horror stories I've heard regarding the mess and the process of the color.

Today was my first experience with henna. I was expecting a mess, so I prepared myself accordingly. I had old towels ready for use and I placed plastic on the floor. I followed the directions on the package which stated "Mix henna with just enough warm water (about 1 ¼ cup to 1 ½ cup of water per 100 grams of powder) until you get a consistency of yogurt". The 100 grams/3.5 ounces of henna I received was just enough to cover my shoulder length, thick hair. Since my hair is so thick, if I had about 1/3 cup more henna, I would have been happier with the coverage but I'll take care of that issue by buying more than one package of henna next time.

You will never in your life find a better hair dye and not only that, it is good for your hair!

It works and it works well, just follow the directions. It smells like frozen peas and washes out super easy. Do not wait past 24 hours to wash it!
