Looks exactly like it did on the box the first couple weeks then got a little lighter? After a little while, I suppose that is to be expected because it is bleach and dye together, Only thing is, if you've got dark brown to black hair in a cooler shade naturally you'll need to leave it in a while. I left mine in for an hour mine is normally really dark brown, and got like the third shade on the back of the box.
