not good, doesn't take to hair like shown on box.,

I used this product after two bleachings, with my hair as the exact color shown on the box for the lightest shade. The color did not take at well in most areas, even though my hair had not been dyed previously, I ended up with a few regions which were more ashy than others, but overall, it was not anything like performance I would expect from American hair dye. I have wavy middle eastern hair, which is dark brown, much like Asian hair, it's ear length and of normal thickness. Only the regions where I really packed a lot of dye actually looks a little silver. It also really damaged my hair, much worse than the bleaching. Compared to American hair dyes this stuff falls below the mark.

this product is specifically made for asian hair. because we have jet black and thick hair. i recently dyed my hair blonde and it turned my hair grey and light bron on my black parts of my hair. the shipping was fairly fast though. ;}

My family member who used the product had difficulty and it didn't turn gray for him. I noticed other reviews saying it was made especially for Asian hair, so I'm not sure why his medium brown hair wouldn't take.
The company was nice to work with...we just don't know why it wouldn't take.
