When this item dropped off of my Shopping List at another site, I contacted Clairol directly and it is officially discontinued and there is no replacement. Very sad... I've used it and it's earlier incarnation as Natural Instincts for as long as it's been available. Best product with the best tool on the market. Packaging on my first order from Infinite Beauty was terrible... boxes totally crushed, but the contents were intact. I places a larger order just reently and they put it in a box with padding and everything was perfect. I only hope they keep the price the same until their stock runs out and don't gouge us on a discontinued but well loved product.

Can no longer find this product in any drugs store/beauty stores, so I now order it online. Shipping was fast, packing was less than perfect (but you can't really damage hair dye). Product worked great- just as expected.

I love this hair product and I have used this highlighting kit for years but Clairol must have discontinued this product in stores awhile ago until I found it online on Amazon!! I bought 6 boxes for I highlight my hair monthly and I purchased them at an amazing price too. I will continue to purchase more if they are still available and in stock. My only negative review would be this product came from some beauty supply store in Arizona and when they packaged them for delivery they smashed all 6 boxes into one envelope and it looked like the envelope was run over by a delivery truck. Other than that, I love this product !!
