Bigen Powder Hair Color #58 Black Brown .21 oz (6 g) - Bigen water-activated permanent hair color is ammonia free, and requires no hydrogen peroxide. It colors your hair without lifting (lightening) action, and with less damage than other ordinary hair color products with similar action. It's the gentle choice.

WATER-ACTIVATED:
Once mixed with water, Bigen is ready for use. Water naturally and gently opens the cuticles so that Bigen's tiny color pigments can penetrate deeply into the hair shafts. Once your hair dries, the cuticles naturally close and retain the new color.

PERM / RELAX & COLOR THE SAME DAY:
Bigen can be used on medium to coarse hair the same day of hair relaxing or perming.

HOW TO USE:
Complete the preliminary skin test 48 hours before each application. Wear plastic or rubber GLOVES. Cover shoulders with a TOWEL or CAPE. Be sure hair is clean and free of styling product build-up. To prevent staining, apply COLD CREAM around your ears, hairline and the nape of your neck. Pour Bigen Powder into NON-METALLIC BOWL or CUP. Add room-temperature TAP WATER (DO NOT use hot or boiling water) in the proportion specified in the illustration side. Mix well with a BRUSH to make a homogeneous paste.

I have been using Bigen powder hair dye for way over 3 years now, the color is amazing never fades, or washes out. It does not dry out,
damage hair, or change color later on like some dyes do. It does not contain amonia, alcohol, or the acids that other dyes have that
cause damage, Bigen has no foul chemical odor like dyes that use activator, in fact it has a faint pleasant rose scent when you open it.
Bigen is very easy to use all you need do is mix it with water, but make sure to use very warm tap water it disolves and mixes better,
it will not disolve easily in cold water. after it is disolved you have a mixture that is somewhat like hair conditioner, but you can
thin it down from there if you want to. If you want a darker shade just leave the dye in your hair for a few minutes longer. This
wonderful product is made in Japan, thank you Japan this is the best dye I've ever used in my life

No chemicals. Inexpensive. Easy to use. Great coverage. Lasts as long as the chemical laden brands - I know I've used them too. This is a great product. I've used it for a decade now and don't even consider switching to another product. If it ain't broke, don't fix it, right? Good stuff.
