I wanted something to temporarily color my hair--give it big, chunky blocks of color without damage or permanence. When I stumbled up on this I thought it could do what I wanted. Sounded easy enough to apply and washes out. Perfect. I was pretty disappointed though. My hair is dark brown, completely natural color & stick straight with strands of grey. I chose the red, as recommended (and because I wanted to be a temporary redhead!). First off...not worth the money. I took a chance on it despite it being more than I wanted to spend, but figured it was less than going to a salon for a dye job I didn't want every day. Second, application was a mess!!! The 'brush' and can combo is a pain. Seems like it would be easy to comb it on the areas you want to color as it dispenses like a typical can of mousse on to the attached brush.
